Deposit Information
There is a $200.00 deposit required to make a reservation. This deposit
becomes a damage, phone, and cleaning deposit after all rental payments
have been received, and is fully refundable if there is no damage, excess
cleaning,or long distance phone calls. A map and key will be sent to you
approximately 3 weeks prior to your visit, after all rental payments have
been received. One half of the rent is due 90 days prior to occupancy
and the 2nd half is due 45 days prior. Reservation and due dates will
be sent after your damage deposit is received.
Cancellation
Policy
Failure to make rental payments on the
due dates will cause cancellation without refund. Full refund
cancellations, subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee, will be made up
to 90 days prior to your reserved date. No refunds will be made after
that time unless we are able to re-rent the cabin and then only for the
amount of the new rental less the cancellation fee of $100.00.
Maid
Service
Maid service (at check out only) is included in the rental fee.
Excess cleaning will be charged at the rate of $30.00 per hour and will
be deducted from the damage deposit.
